Induction holding furnace
 

  The products are used to hold and rise the liquid metal temperature, The liquid steel or liquid iron from other melting equipments (such as blast furnace and converter) is poured into induction furnace, then the elements are adjusted by adding required alloy. The temperature is also raised to proper casting level. The temperature rising g ability is usually designed to 2~3℃/min.
   Note: in order to improve the heat efficiency, excellent thermal insulation material such as mica should be placed between the lining crucible and the coil coating.
